Item(s) are sold on a first paid first serve basis
Prices are non negotiable
Items are handpicked and shipped in by our Japan shopper so they are limited in pieces.


Most of the apparels are free-size/stretchable and measurement will be provided for easier reference.
Cancellation of order(s) will not be allowed once payment has been made.
Item(s) are only reserved for the first 24 hours upon receiving our confirmation. Please ensure that the payment is made within this time frame. Otherwise item(s) will be release to the next customer in queue and your order will be void.


Emails will be read and replied within 24 hours. Please do drop us another mail if you have not received any reply from us [Please check your junk mail before sending us another mail].

For pre-orders we will only place your order(s) upon receiving payment. As for how long will it take to receive, please email us and check with us if no information regarding is on the site.

Occasionally there will be delays for pre-orders. Please be patient and bear with us.

There will be no exchange for the following:
- colour difference due to lighting
- measurements for freesize clothes [measurements are included with products along with  model's measurements, so please check and ask if needed before making the order]
- loose threads that does not affect the quality of the clothes
- clothes do not suit your style or to your liking 

Please
be aware that there might be +/- 1cm of human error in the measurements

All Item(s) are checked  for damages, tears, stains, etc before shipping out. If there is still defect upon receiving, Please take a picture of the defective parts and email us.
Any disputes should be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

For Overseas buyers: Apparels will be checked and properly packaged before sending.
If there is any issues that arises upon recieving[we will be able to track your recieving dates], please do contact us to work out the problem.
However please do note that there will be no FULL refunds or exchange, and buyers are required to cover at least half the cost of mailing back the damaged item.


There will be no exchanges for apparels that are washed
Refunds will be made by per case's issue.

Currently we do not do meet ups but if there's an urgent need for the item(s) please contact us via email and we will arrange to expedite the delivery process.

Pre Orders

Kindly note that the waiting time is approximately 1 month from order placed and is subjected to changes without notification
Please be sure that you are comfortable with the waiting time before placing an order.

A deposit of 50% of the amount of the item is required before order is placed. 
Please note that the deposit is non refundable should you pull out of the order.

Items are to be collected within 2 weeks upon arrival or will be deemed as forfeit
Customers are to inform us within that 2 weeks of any special circumstances, otherwise items will be forfeited.

All Items are checked for defects, so there will be no refunds.

Orders will be placed when a minimum of 10 items are received.

In cases of no stock, there will be a refund.
 
Payments


Upon receiving our email confirmation, We will require you to make the payment via  Internet banking or POSB/DBS ATM Funds Transfer for local orders within 24 hours. Please do notify us via email when the transaction has been made with your order number, bank transaction number and amount paid included. Order will be regarded as void if payment is not receive within this time frame.

For Overseas payment, We accept Paypal payments, Singpapore Local Internet banking or POSB/DBS ATM Funds Transfer within 24 hours.
Please do notify us of your transaction choice in your order.
For Paypal payments, there will be an additional surcharge fee of 3.9%+SGD0.50


All payments should be made in Singapore Dollars ONLY
To ensure that the item(s) are delivered safely without any damage or missing parcels, We will be sending out via registered mail only.

Local Registered postage charges: $3.00 + 1st item $1.50, 2nd items onwards 50cents each.

Overseas Registered postage charges will be based on country destination and given in email confirmation.

We will usually send by
Standard Regular Mail - Letters/Printed Papers/Small Packets (SURFACE)
Do inform us of other preferred methods listed in the list.
Standard Regular Mail - Letters/Printed Papers/Small Packets (AIR) is greatly advised

 
Total cost including shipping fees will be included in our email.

Shipping


For Locals: All item(s) will be shipped out within 2 working days and takes 3-4 working days for you to receive.
To track your registered parcel, simply head to Singpost’s registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp and key in the tracking number provided to you via email.


For orders 6pcs and above, you can opt for delivery to your nearest MRT @ $5 [saving you $2 on postage]
For orders of 10pcs and above, you can opt for delivery to your nearest MRT @ $6 [saving you $3 on postage]
For Overseas: All item(s) will be shipped out within 2 working days and takes [differs with service chose] working days for you to receive. To track your registered parcel, simply head to Singpost’s registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp and key in the tracking number provided to you via email.

Postage will be discounted accordingly on case by case basis.
